Nope, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you - that is snow. It's October 10th and we have snow on the ground!! According to our crazy weather guys this is the coldest start of October Minnesota has seen in more than a century. When they predicted snow yesterday I think most of us were thinking oh it will be wet and rainy and a little snow mixed in, no big deal. Yea, that was until Jason woke me up this morning and said, "Wait until you look outside." There is enough out there to collect on your shoes.
I was going to clear out the garden today, but its covered in snow. I'm hoping the sun melts it all this afternoon, but the high is going to be 39 degrees, so maybe that is wishful thinking.
